Heißübertragung, direkt und indirekt
Bei der direkten Heißübertragung wird das Bild seitenverkehrt auf das Trägermaterial gedruckt und anschließend mit einem Kleber versehen. Vor der Übertragung wird der Kleber durch Wärme aktiviert und der Artikel wird direkt mit dem Bild in Kontakt gebracht. Das Bild klebt nun am Artikel und kann eingebrannt werden.
Vorteilhaft ist dieses Verfahren, da es keine verschleißenden Komponenten gibt. Je nach Maschinentyp können konische, zylindrische, ovale und auch rechteckige Artikel dekoriert werden. Die zu dekorierende Fläche sollte aber gerade, d.h. weder konkav, noch konvex sein.
Für konkave bzw. konvexe Flächen oder Reliefs empfehlen wir eher die indirekte Heißübertragung. Hier befindet sich der „Kleber“ auf dem Papier, auf das ein seitenrichtiges Bild gedruckt wird.
Durch Erwärmung schmilzt dieser Kleber unter dem Bild, das mit einem ebenfalls erwärmten Silikontampon vom Papier abgehoben wird.

Ottenuto da una lavorazione quasi in purezza del vitigno Bovale Sardo (localmente conosciuto come Muristellu), varietà autoctona fedelmente riproposta in questo vino.
Frutto di una lenta fermentazione in piccole vasche di acciaio ed una lunga maturazione in piccolli caratelli di rovere francese per 3 anni, ha avuto un successivo affinamento in bottiglia coricata di un anno e poco più.
Colore rosso rubino impenetrabile con note violacee, al naso si apre maestoso con note di pietra focaia, grafite e piccole bacche nere.
Al palato sprigiona il suo calore seguito da una trama di tannini morbidi e avvolgenti, rivelando note di cacao nero.
Vino non filtrato, eventuali sedimenti non compromettono la qualità ma esaltano la tipicità e testimoniano l' integrità e la naturalezza delle nostre procedure enologiche. Ottimo in accompagnamento a piatti ricchi e strutturati come secondi di cacciagione, carni rosse e formaggi stagionati.

Vignoble : Tout à fait au sud de la Bourgogne, à la frontière avec le Beaujolais, l'aire de l'appellation dépasse celle du village. Le village de Saint-Vérand porte un "d", l'appellation n'en porte pas car elle est récoltée sur six villages. Elle date de 1971, c'est l'avant dernière appellation accordée dans la région du Mâconnais.
Viticulture :
Le sol : un calcaire jurassique qui prolonge
les couches calcaires de la Côte-d'Or, idéal pour le Chardonnay.
Densité de plantation : 8 500 pieds/hectare.

Vendanges : Manuelles
Rendements : 55 à 65 hls/ha, permet aux raisins de
révéler les nuances de notre terroir.
Vinification : Pressurage très lent, pour respecter le fruit. Les jus de dernière presse ne sont pas retenus.

Italian Oil, 100% Taggiasca Olive – Cold Extracted
Lucinasco, located on the top of a hill about 500 m above sea level, is one of the most beautiful towns in the Oneglia Valley. Its olive groves, which extend below the town, are composed exclusively of Taggiasca variety olive trees and are renowned for their particularly happy exposure. They produce olives with a lower yield than other places in the valley, but the quality of their extra virgin olive oil is excellent.
Our Riviera Ligure DOP selection is obtained from olives coming from Lucinasco olive groves, pressed to perfection in our oil mill.
Cold produced and packaged must (unfiltered) after simple natural decantation.
The bottle is wrapped with a sheet of gold paper, which ensures the protection of the product from light.
